ESTA - AUSTRALIAN TELEPHONE HOT LINES

Call Centre Services – Australia www.callcentreservices.com.au is the contracted Non Immigration Visa (NIV) telephone information service provider for the U.S. Consulates in Australia. Call Centre Services (CCS) operates the U.S. visa and ESTA contact centre for Australia, from a sophisticated customer service centre facility located in Manly Vale, on Sydney’s north shore. 

A long serving, highly trained, team of experienced (Australian) customer service consultants, are available to assist travelers with any questions they may have in relation to U.S. visa requirements and with the ESTA process. The CCS / ESTA team are also able to assist callers to complete individual ESTA applications on the telephone, for those without Internet access. An ESTA reference number can be provided by the consultant and/or as an SMS text to the caller’s mobile phone, on the successful completion of an ESTA application.

National service via a custom built system using the Telstra User Pays Premium rate multi tariff Infoplus service, which provides 24/7 self service, with live agent support currently available from 8am to 7pm weekdays . AEST. Calls to this service have automated information provided at $1.15 per minute, with access to the consultant team at $3.00 per minute. Please note that any time spent by callers on hold, or in a queue in this system, is not charged for.

An alternative service, providing fast and direct, untimed access to the specialist ESTA team is available. Payment is by credit card, for a fixed fee of $12.00 per call or single application.

The cost for calls includes confirmation of an ESTA authorization to travel (where granted), by an SMS text message to the applicants mobile phone. All charges are inclusive of GST.
